For three generations we have taken pride in the way we nurture and educate young children.
Mill Brook, established by Yvonne Dahlberg, was started as a Kindergarten and preschool. In 1986 Mrs. Dahlberg’s daughter, Janine King, bought ownership and Mill Brook was filled with preschool children. Since 1996 Mrs. King, her two daughters, Justine Sutton and Emily Vieira, along with other staff have educated children from infancy through preschool.
As of September 2015, Emily will take on the role asdirector. Emily has worked as a public Kindergarten teacher for 12 years, 8 of those years being in Wilmington public schools. After having a baby, Emily is ready to return “home” to where she established her love for educating young children.
